THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 6, 7
and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Article 7 of the Motor Cars (Driving
Instruction) (Jersey) Order 1982 substituted
For Article 7 of the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Jersey)
Order 1982[2] there shall be substituted
the following Article –
(1) A person applying to submit himself or
herself to the written part of the examination shall pay a fee of £76.35.
(2) A person applying to submit himself or
herself to the practical part of the examination shall pay a fee of
£76.35.
(3) The fee to be paid by a person who applies
for the retention of his or her name in the register for a further period of 4
years shall be £152.
(4) The fee to be paid by a person who applies
for the entry of his or her name in the register shall be £152.”.
2 Revocation
The Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Amendment No. 17)
(Jersey) Order 2007[3] is revoked.
3 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction)
(Amendment No. 18) (Jersey) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st
January 2008.
