THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 4, 8,
9, 11, 12 and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Schedule 3 to the Motor Vehicles (Driving
Licences) (Jersey) Order 2003 substituted
For Schedule 3 to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences)
(Jersey) Order 2003[2] there shall be substituted
the following Schedule –

2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences)
(Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st
January 2008.
