THE MINISTER FOR SOCIAL SECURITY, in pursuance of Articles 16 and 104
of the Employment (Jersey) Law 2003[1], orders as follows –
1 Article 2 of the Minimum Wage Order
amended
In Article 2 of the Employment (Minimum
Wage) (Jersey) Order 2007[2] –
(a) in paragraph (1), for the amount
“£6.63” there is substituted the amount
“£6.78”;
(b) in paragraph (2), for the amount
“£4.97” there is substituted the amount
“£5.09”;
(c) in
paragraph (2A), for the amount
“£5.80” there is substituted the amount
“£5.93”.

and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Employment (Minimum Wage) (Amendment
No. 8) (Jersey) Order 2014, and comes into force on 1st April 2015.
