Places of Refreshment (Jersey) Regulations 2007

Coming into force                                                12th December 2007

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 13(12) of the Places of Refreshment (Jersey) Law 1967[1], have made the following Regulations –

1        Article 13 of Law amended

In Article 13(2) of the Places of Refreshment (Jersey) Law 1967[2], for the words “1 am” there shall be substituted the words “2.30 a.m.”.

2        Citation and commencement

(1)     These Regulations may be cited as the Places of Refreshment (Jersey) Regulations 2007.

(2)     These Regulations shall come into force 7 days after they are made.
