THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 29 of the Public Finances (Administration) (Jersey) Law 1967, have made the following Act –

IT IS DECLARED that the Bill entitled the Finance (Jersey) Law 200- (lodged au Greffe on 1st November 2005 by the Finance and Economics Committee (P.255/2005)), as it has this day been amended, shall immediately have effect as if it were a Law sanctioned by Her Majesty in Council.
