Information (Schedule 1 to Law) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Regulations 2014

Coming into force in
accordance with Regulation 2
THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 6 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey)
Law 2011[1], have made the following
Regulations –
1 Schedule 1
to the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 amended
(1) In
Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011[2] after paragraph 6 there
shall be inserted the following paragraph –
“6A Andium
Homes Limited, registered on 13th May 2014 under registration number
115713.”.
(2) In
Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 after
paragraph 7 there shall be added the following paragraph –
2 Citation
and commencement
(1) These
Regulations may be cited as the Freedom of Information (Schedule 1 to Law)
(Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Regulations 2014.
(2) Regulation 1(1)
shall come into force on the same date that the Freedom of Information (Jersey)
Law 2011[3] comes into force.
(3) Regulation 1(2)
shall come into force on 1st September 2015.
