THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 59(2) of the International Criminal Court (Jersey) Law 2014[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Law

The International Criminal Court (Jersey) Law 2014[2] shall come into force on 5th January 2015.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the International Criminal Court (Jersey) Law 2014 (Appointed Day) Act 2014.
