Royal Court (Amendment) Rules 2005

THE SUPERIOR NUMBER OF THE ROYAL COURT, in pursuance of Article 13 of the Royal Court (Jersey) Law 1948[1] and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, has made the following Rules –

1        Rule 17/3 amended

In Rule 17/3(1) of the Royal Court Rules 2004[2] –

(a)     in sub-paragraph (f) after the words “served under” there shall be inserted the words “the Electricity (Jersey) Law 1937[3],”; and

(b)     sub-paragraph (l) shall be deleted.

2        Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Royal Court (Amendment) Rules 2005 and shall come into force 7 days after they are made.
