​​​​Laws adopted by the States Assembly and submitted for confirmation by His Majesty in Council are available in the pending laws collection. These laws are not yet considered enacted and cannot have effect until they are assented to by the King and registered in the Royal Court. 

When they have been registered, these laws will be available in the enacted collection.​
