THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 9 of the Motor Traffic (Third-Party Insurance) (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Law 1993,1 have made the following Act –

1.             The Motor Traffic (Third-Party Insurance) (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Law 1993 shall come into force on the first day of January 1994.

2.             This Act may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Third-Party Insurance) (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Law 1993 (Appointed Day) Act 1993.
