THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 7 of the Protection of Children (Jersey) Law 1994,1 have made the following Act –

1.             The Protection of Children (Jersey) Law 1994 shall come into force on the eighth day of June 1994.

2.             This Act may be cited as the Protection of Children (Jersey) Law 1994 (Appointed Day) Act 1994.
