NURSING HOMES AND MENTAL NURSING HOMES (GENERAL PROVISIONS) (AMENDMENT No.5) (JERSEY) ORDER 2000

THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 4 and 15 of the Nursing and Residential Homes (Jersey) Law 1994,1 as amended,2 orders as follows –

1.      In Article 3(a) of the Nursing Homes and Mental Nursing Homes (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1995,3 as amended⁴ (in this Order called “the principal Order”), for the amount “£55” there shall be substituted the amount “£56”.

2.      In Article 4(1) of the principal Order for the amount “£64.50” there shall be substituted the amount “£66”.

3.      The Nursing Homes and Mental Nursing Homes (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Order 19984 is revoked.

4.      This Order may be cited as the Nursing Homes and Mental Nursing Homes (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Order 2000 and shall come into force on the fifteenth day of March 2000.
