In the table in Schedule 1 to the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Jersey) Order 2021, in column 5 of the row labelled “Russia” after “46(1),” there is inserted “46A(1),”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Russia – Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Order 2022 and comes into force on the day after it is made.
