Order 2003 amended
This Order amends the Health
Care (Registration) (Prescribed Qualifications) (Jersey) Order 2003.
2 Article 1
(interpretation) amended
In Article 1 in the definition “Health Professions Order” for
“the Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001 of the United Kingdom”
there is substituted “the Health Professions Order 2001 of the United
Kingdom (S.I. 2002/254)”.
3 Schedule (prescribed qualifications)
amended
In the Schedule –
(a) after the entry numbered 3,
there inserted –
“3A.

Entry
as a chiropractor in the register established and maintained under section 2
of the Chiropractors Act 1994 of the United Kingdom
|
Chiropractor;”
|
(b) in the entry numbered 10AC
for “established and maintained under article 5 of the Health Professions
Order, relating to the social work profession in England” there is substituted “established
under section 39 of the Children and Social Work Act 2017 of the
United Kingdom”;
(c) in the following entries,
sub-paragraph (c) in column 1 is deleted –
(i) the entry numbered 5B1,
(ii) the entry numbered 6AB,
(iii) the entry numbered 8A,
(iv) the entry numbered 8B,
(v) the entry numbered 9AA,
(vi) the entry numbered 9B,
(vii) the entry numbered 12.
4 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Health Care (Registration)
(Prescribed Qualifications) (Amendment No. 7) (Jersey) Order 2022 and
comes into force 7 days after it is made.
