THE CHIEF MINISTER makes this Order under Articles 3(3), 20(3), 26(3), 31(1), 31(1A) and 44 of the Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law 2012 –

1        Control of Housing and Work (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2013 amended

This Order amends the Control of Housing and Work (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2013.

2        Article 2 (fee to accompany an application for a registration card) amended

(1)     In Article 2(1) for “£80” there is substituted “£82”.

(2)     In Article 2(2) for “£8,250” there is substituted “£8,456.25”.

3        Article 2A (fee to accompany application by legal person for consent to acquire land) amended

In Article 2A for “£500” there is substituted “£512.50”.

4        Article 3 (fee to accompany an application for a business licence) amended

For the table in Article 3(1) there is substituted –

5        Article 4 (fee to accompany an application for a non-resident trading licence or a non-resident hawker’s licence) amended

In Article 4(1) for “£1,100” there is substituted “£1,127.50”.

6        Article 5 (annual charge in respect of Licensed persons) amended

In Article 5(1) for “£225” there is substituted “£230.63”.

7        Article 5A (annual charge in respect of Registered persons) amended

(1)     In Article 5A(1) for “£500” there is substituted “£512.50”.

(2)     In Article 5A(2) for “£50” there is substituted “£51.25”.

8        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Control of Housing and Work (Fees) (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Order 2022 and comes into force on 1st January 2023.
