Nursing Homes and Mental Nursing Homes (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 16) (Jersey) Order 2018

Coming into force                                                     1st January 2019

THE MINISTER FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Article 15(2)(d) of the Nursing and Residential Homes (Jersey) Law 1994[1], orders as follows –

1        Article 14 amended

In Article 14 of the Nursing Homes and Mental Nursing Homes (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1995[2] for “twice” there is substituted “once”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Nursing Homes and Mental Nursing Homes (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 16) (Jersey) Order 2018 and comes into force on 1st January 2019.
