THE MINISTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT makes this Order under Article 41
of the Regulation of Care (Jersey) Law 2014[1] –
1 Amendment of Regulation
of Care (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2018
This Order amends the Regulation of Care (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2018[2].
2 Article 1 (fees for application for registration as provider
or manager) amended
For the Table in
Article 1 there is substituted –

5 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited
as the Regulation of Care (Fees) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2020 and
