Children
(Prescribed Classes of Applicant to vary Directions) Rules 2005
1 Variation of directions given under Article 30(4)
The parties to proceedings in which directions
are given under Article 30(4) of the Children (Jersey)
Law 2002, and any person named in such a direction, form the prescribed
class for the purposes of Article 30(6)(b) of that Law (application
to vary directions given on making an interim care or interim supervision
order).
2 Variation
of directions given under Article 37(4)[1]
The following persons form the prescribed class for the purposes of
Article 37(6)(b) of the Children (Jersey)
Law 2002 (application to vary direction given on making of an emergency
protection order) –
(a) the parties to the
application for the order in respect of which it is sought to vary the
directions;
(b) a person appointed
under Article 75 of that Law;
(c) the Minister for
Children and Families;
(d) any person who is named
in the directions.
3 Citation
These Rules may be cited as the Children (Prescribed Classes of
Applicant to vary Directions) Rules 2005.
