Emergency Powers and Planning (Competent Authority) (Fuel, Electricity and Gas) (Jersey) Act 1991

The Minister for Justice and Home Affairs is designated as the competent authority in relation to –

(a)     fuel and electricity; and

(b)     gas,

for the purposes of Articles 5 and 7 respectively of the Emergency Powers and Planning (Jersey) Law 1990.

This Act may be cited as the Emergency Powers and Planning (Competent Authority) (Fuel, Electricity and Gas) (Jersey) Act 1991.
