Registration and Fees) (Jersey) Order 2012 amended
In the table in
Schedule 3 to the Civil Partnership (Forms, Registration and
Fees) (Jersey) Order 2012,
in the items relating to Article 21(2)(a) and Article 21(2)(b) of the
Civil
Partnership (Jersey) Law 2012, for “£30.75”
there is substituted “£31.52”.
2 Marriage and Civil Status
(Jersey) Order 2018 amended
(1) This
Article amends Schedule 1 to the Marriage and Civil Status (Jersey) Order 2018.
(2) In
the table in Part 1, in the third column (fee) –
(a) in item 1, for
“£153.75” there is substituted “£157.59”;
(b) in item 3, for
“£205” there is substituted “£210.13”.
(3) In
the table in Part 2, in the third column (fee) –
(a) in item 1, for “£230
(£100 payable to the parish and £130 to the Superintendent Registrar)” there is
substituted “£235.75 (£102.50 payable to the parish and £133.25 to the
Superintendent Registrar)”;
(b) in item 2, for “£430

3 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Marriage and Civil Partnership (2023
Fees) (Jersey) Order 2023 and comes into force on the day after it is made.
