THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 21 and
84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Schedule 1
to the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (Jersey) Order 2003 amended
In Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (Jersey)
Order 2003[2] –
(a) for
the entries under the heading “ST. BRELADE”
there shall be substituted the following entries –

in paragraph (b) the entry “La Grande Route de St. Jean (from
the northern boundary of the parish of St. Helier Nurseries to the
boundary with the parish of St. John)” shall be omitted;
(d) under
the heading “ST. JOHN”, for the
entry “La Grande Route de St. Jean (between the northern boundary of
the property known as ‘JFTU Town and Country’ and a point
9 yards north of La Rue de Bechet)”, there shall be substituted the
following entry –

2 Schedule 2
to the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (Jersey) Order 2003 amended
In Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (Jersey)
Order 2003, under the heading “ST. PETER”,
for the entry “La Grande Route de St. Pierre (between La Route du
Manoir and La Verte Rue)” there shall be substituted the following
entry –
“La Grande Route de
St. Pierre (between La Route du Manoir and 33 yards north of its
junction with La Verte Rue)”.
3 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (Amendment
No. 7) (Jersey) Order 2012 and shall come into force on 20th January
2012.
