THE MINISTER FOR INFRASTRUCTURE makes this Order under Articles 11, 20 and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956 –

1        Order amended

This Order amends the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Jersey) Order 2003.

2        Schedule 11 (form of certain plates in respect of learner drivers) amended

In Schedule 11 –

(a)     in Part 1 –

(i)      for the diagram there is substituted –

substituted learner plate

”,

(ii)      for “ground” underneath the diagram there is substituted “background”;

(b)     in Part 2, for diagrams 1 and 2 there is substituted –

3        Schedule 12 (form of certain plates in respect of inexperienced light motor cycle drivers) amended

In Schedule 12 –

(a)     in the sub-heading “light” is deleted;

(b)     for diagrams 1 and 2 and their headings there is substituted –

4        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment No. 17) (Jersey) Order 2022 and comes into force 7 days after it is made.
