THE STATES, in pursuance of Articles 1(2) and 10(6) of the Civil Aviation
(Jersey) Law 2008[1], have made the following
Regulations –
1 Article 1 of the Civil Aviation (Jersey) Law 2008
amended
In Article 1 of the Civil Aviation
(Jersey) Law 2008[2] for the definition
“Channel Islands Control Zone” there shall be substituted the
following definition –
“ ‘Channel
Islands Control Area’ means collectively –
(a) between the surface and flight level 19,500 feet,
the area bounded by straight lines joining the following points –

2 Article 10
of the Civil Aviation (Jersey) Law 2008 amended
In Article 10 of the Civil Aviation (Jersey) Law 2008 for
the words “Channel Islands Control Zone” in each place where they
appear there shall be substituted the words “Channel Islands Control Area”.
3 Citation
and commencement
(1) These
Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Amendment of Law) (No. 2) (Jersey)
Regulations 2014.
(2) These
Regulations shall come into force 7 days after they are made.
