THE MINISTER FOR INFRASTRUCTURE, after consultation with the Connétable
of St. Lawrence, makes this Order under
Articles 62, 63, 64 and 84 of the Road
Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956 –
1 Interpretation
This Order amends the Road
Traffic (St. Lawrence) (Jersey) Order 1990.
2 Schedule 1 (one-way traffic routes) amended
In Schedule 1 –
(a) after the item “La Longue
Rue” and its entry there is inserted –

“La Rue de Haut
|
Mont Cambrai to St. Aubin’s
Road.”;
|
(b) the item “Rue de Haut” and its entry are deleted.
3 Schedule 3, Part 1 (prohibition of waiting) amended
In Schedule 3, Part 1 –
(a) after the item “La Rue”
and its entry there is inserted –

deleted.
6 Schedule 5, Part 3 (roads not to be used by vehicles
exceeding 6 feet 6 inches in width) amended
In Schedule 5, Part 3
after the item “La Rue de la Ville Emphrie” and its
entry there is inserted –

8 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (St. Lawrence)
(Amendment No. 26) (Jersey) Order 2021 and comes into force 7 days
after the day it is made.
