Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Amendment No. 14) (Jersey) Order 2003

THE HOME AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 3B, 3C and 42 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956,[1] orders as follows –

1        Amendments

In Article 7 of the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Jersey) Order 1982[2] –

(a)     in paragraph (1), for the expression “£67.75” there shall be substituted the expression “£69.40”;

(b)     in paragraph (2), for the expression “£67.75” there shall be substituted the expression “£69.40”;

(c)     in paragraph (3), for the expression “£134.45” there shall be substituted the expression “£137.80”;

(d)     in paragraph (4), for the expression “£134.45” there shall be substituted the expression “£137.80.

2        Revocation of previous amendment

The Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Amendment No. 13) (Jersey) Order 2002[3] shall be revoked.

3        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Amendment No. 14) (Jersey) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st January 2004.
