In the table in Schedule 3

in the items relating to Article 21(2)(a) and Article 21(2)(b), for
“£20” there is substituted “£30.75”.
2 Marriage and
Civil Status (Jersey) Order 2018 amended
(1) This
Article amends Schedule 1 to the Marriage and Civil Status (Jersey) Order 2018.
(2) In
the heading to Part 1, after “FEES” there is inserted “PAYABLE UNDER THIS
ORDER”.
(3) In
the table in Part 1, in the third column (fee) –
(a) in item 1, for
“£150” there is substituted “£153.75”;
(b) in item 3, for
“£200” there is substituted “£205”.
(4) In
the heading to Part 2, after “FEES” there is inserted “PAYABLE UNDER THIS
ORDER”.
(5) In

3 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Marriage and Civil Partnership
(Amendments – Fees) (Jersey) Order 2021 and comes into force on 1st January
2022.
