Economic Development (2016 Fees) (Jersey) Order 2015

THE MINISTER FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, in pursuance of Regulation 7 of the Sea Fisheries (Licensing of Fishing Boats) (Jersey) Regulations 2003[1], Regulation 3 of the Sea Fisheries (Underwater Fishing) (Jersey) Regulations 2003[2], Regulations 2 and 5 of the Sea Fisheries (Fisheries) (Jersey) Regulations 2010[3], Articles 193 and 196 of the Shipping (Jersey) Law 2002[4], Articles 12 and 38 of the Weights and Measures (Jersey) Law 1967[5], Articles 9 and 32 of the Tourism (Jersey) Law 1948[6], and Articles 4 and 14 of the Places of Refreshment (Jersey) Law 1967[7], orders as follows –

1        Sea Fisheries (General Fees) (Jersey) Order 2010 amended

In the Sea Fisheries (General Fees) (Jersey) Order 2010[8] –

(a)     in Article 1 for the amount “£96.65” there is substituted the amount “£99.06”;

(b)     in Article 2(a) for the amount “£85.00” there is substituted the amount “£87.12”;

(c)     in Article 2(b) for the amount “£17.70” there is substituted the amount “£18.14”;

(d)     in Article 3(1) for the amount “£175.94” there is substituted the amount “£180.33”;

(e)     in Article 3(2)(a)(i) for the amount “£175.94” there is substituted the amount “£180.33”;

(f)      in Article 3(2)(a)(ii) for the amount “£26.68” there is substituted the amount “£27.34”.

2        Shipping (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2013 amended

For the table in the Schedule to the Shipping (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2013[9] there shall be substituted the following table –

4        Tourism (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1990 amended

For Schedule 1 to the Tourism (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1990[20] there is substituted the following Schedule –

5        Places of Refreshment (Registration) (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2008 amended

In Article 1 of the Places of Refreshment (Registration) (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2008[21], for the figure “£88.00” there is substituted the figure “£88.88”.

6        Citation and commencement

(1)     This Order may be cited as the Economic Development (2016 Fees) (Jersey) Order 2015.

(2)     Article 4 of this Order shall come into force 7 days after the day this Order is made.

(3)     The remainder of this Order shall come into force on 1st January 2016.
