1 Notification of diseases
The contagious and
infectious diseases, notification of which is obligatory by virtue of the Loi (1934) sur la
Santé Publique, shall be those set out in
the Schedule to this Order.
2 Citation
This Order may be cited
as the Notifiable Diseases (Jersey) Order 1988.
